Advanced Temperature Source is for fast and precise thermal conditioning of components, parts, hybrids, modules, subassemblies, and printed circuit boards. Capable of ultra-low temperatures without the use of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) or Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO2)
